LA Hacienda Italian American in Somerville

I would like to provide some feed back on the Somerville staff. First of all, as soon as I walked in everyone was busy but immediately Alexandro noticed me that he will be right with me as soon as he finished with his customer. He was extremely busy but with a great attitude let me know that he will assist me shortly. He then went on to assist with me a storage and his customer service skills we’re impeccable. I would recommend this site as a favorite for sure as they welcome you with open arms.

Great storage space company!

So initially I had some problems with the hours where they did not update their website properly to reflect them. However the management reached out and offered to let me get out of the contract or get a month free, which I appreciate.The facility seems pretty good and is fairly conveniently located. It is generally clean and warm during the winter.Bear in mind that the access hours are only 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM during the week, which I still think is a little ridiculous. Otherwise I would have given this a 5.Also note that the other written reviews are from the management or friends of the management because they only appeared after my initial 1 star review because of the debacle with what I was told the office hours were.

I was looking for a small storage unit, and Anthony was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me to pick out the best unit for me, made sure I was comfortable with how to access the unit and made sure to let me know that he is available for any questions that I have. I was extremely pleased with my experience!

Dina is the best, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and positive and very beautiful. She help to choose the storage and I am very happy.

The other day I went in looking for a storage unit, desperately looking for a temporary location during this pandemic and a young man by the name of Anthony helped me with an available storage unit in the facility. He was very helpful and patient with me as I explained my whole situation... Thank you for being there in such crucial times. I'll be here for a long time.

I visited this location on Wednesday of last week. After a productive conversation with Anthony, he recommended I visit the Hyde Park location because it would be more convenient to my living situation. His attention to detail was comforting. I’m convinced prime storage will not disappoint me, thanks Anthony!!

Lady was really nice but could use an upgrade I some of the units like lights for instance.

Easy and fast to get storage unit

Didn’t have the greatest experience. The general manager is unprofessional, stupid, and utterly useless. The staff missed my memo about move out date and refused to cooperate. I’d recommend picking another facility.

I don't normally write reviews on Google, but I really wanted to say thank you to Anthony from Prime Storage in Somerville. I was helping a family member move out suddenly when the pandemic hit and everything was closing down. As hard as we worked, we just weren't going to get the last items in before closing time and we had 5am flight the next day. Anthony stayed late for us to help us out. He was so gracious. Luckily, we weren't very late, but some people would have said "too bad" and just left. He was just super nice to us and if we ever need a storage unit again, we'd definitely go back. Good units and good location, too.

Space looks clean and conveniently accessible.

I just closed out my unit today but wanted to leave a quick review and thank you to Alejandro (Alex) who was working today and went above and beyond to help me move my large pieces of furniture that I otherwise would’ve had to lift and load into my moving truck by myself. It was almost 100 degrees today and he made an hour+ of moving happen in 15 min, offered me water, and closed out my account super fast. I was so genuinely impressed, and am very thankful. Thanks so much for a great experience with you guys over the last year.

Great service and very helpful.

I understand that I'm renting storage so I don't expect a luxury customer service experience, however I was very unimpressed with this facility and their staff. The facility is quite dirty and the staff came off as lazy and apathetic about answering questions and helping me as a customer. I will not be renting from here again and I would not recommend it to others.

I was in need of a storage space so I went in and Anthony was beyond helpful. He was patient in explaining the process, looked what was in stock and showed me different size units so I could visually understand what would work for me. I would highly recommend this location and working with Anthony (although, I am sure they are all great)!

Awesome. It is very organized, has diferent size stores and good price for your need.

Great staff with clean and friendly atmosphere. I have been using this place for over 10 years and have not yet found any reason to move. Prices are reasonable and probably the best you'll find in the area.They increase generally 5 to 8 percent per year which is typical.

Anthony helped us out with getting a locker. He suggested we get another locker than the one I had reserved,that would better fit what we needed it for.
